Pamela Anderson Banned PETA Ad

The new PETA ad featuring the actress Pamela Anderson was banned in Montreal. In the advertisement, the blonde bombshell Pamela in a bikini with her body parts marked as pieces of meat: shoulder, breast, ribs, rump, round, leg and feet. This image was the most conservative picture of her out, but she was doing for good cause. It looks like soft-porn image.
The slogan on the poster was: "All Animals Have the Same Parts. Go Vegetarian."

The TV commission and Montreal Film refused to grant PETA a permit to stage a poster unveiling event in the place Jacques-Cartier. Officials rejected because they have determined that the PETA commercial is sexiest. Many people said that the commercial sound like pathetic, poor female being taken advantage of.
Pamela issued this statement –

“In a city that is known for exotic dancing and for being progressive and edgy, how sad that a woman would be banned for using her own body in a political protest over the suffering of cows and chickens.  In some parts of the world, women are forced to cover their whole bodies with burqas – is that next?  I didn’t think Canada would be so puritanical.”
