Swank Poker’s Advertisement – Linking Gambling To Sexual Success

Swank Poker’s magazine ad campaign has been banned in the United Kingdom for linking gambling to sexual success.  A magazine ad featured a woman cupping her breasts with the slogan ‘Will you hold this pair? The magazine ad campaign that ran in a gambling and poker title called Flush, promised to online gamblers ‘hot action’ where their girl will play as they tell her to.

Sony PlayStation Portable Racist Advertisement

This PlayStation Portable (PSP) advertisement of the Sony gracing the streets of the Amsterdam and Dutch PSP site has drawn so much criticism and attention. This advertisement was showing a white girl (or a white PSP model) violently choking a submissive black girl (or a black PSP model) with the tagline “White is Coming.” Other images embedded after the break, on the website offer additional avenues of interpretation.

Banned Advertisement – Paris Hilton Enjoying A Hamburger

A Carl's Jr. advertisement starring a scantily dressed Paris Hilton cavorting with a water hose as she washes a black Bentley was very controversial.  The advertisement shows the reality TV star and hotel heiress vamping in her illuminating swimsuit as she rinses and soaps a black Bentley. She also takes a bite out of a hamburger. Spicy BBQ Six-Dollar Burger commercial ends with Hilton’s signature slogan ‘That’s hot.’ Hilton was chosen to star in the commercial, because she is a fascinating cultural icon.

Pamela Anderson Banned PETA Ad

The new PETA ad featuring the actress Pamela Anderson was banned in Montreal. In the advertisement, the blonde bombshell Pamela in a bikini with her body parts marked as pieces of meat: shoulder, breast, ribs, rump, round, leg and feet. This image was the most conservative picture of her out, but she was doing for good cause. It looks like soft-porn image.
The slogan on the poster was: "All Animals Have the Same Parts. Go Vegetarian."
